Warranty Terms for Diamond Lamps

Product should be returned in original packaging via Diamond Lamps global distribution network, shipping at customer cost.

  1. Copy of purchase invoice (or details) must be supplied.
  2. Lamp stamp (batch markings on reflector housing) must be clearly visible, not defaced or modified in any way.
  3. Warranty is subject to a valid defect being identified, it does not cover damage resulting from:
    • improper use or installation including unsuitable environments (dust, smoke etc);
    • disassembly, modification or repair by any unauthorised personnel;
    • accident, neglect or misuse;
    • any act of God, fire, flood, war or similar;
    • failure or fluctuation of electrical power and environmental conditions.
    • Use of product beyond normal operating conditions as defined by projector manufacturer for the relevant projector.
